NEW JERSEY (VINnews) — A press conference was held Tuesday evening by Michael I. Inzelbuch, the attorney retained by the Jewish family who was kicked off a Spirits Airline flight due to alleged mask violations.

Present on the virtual presser was the parents and the 2 children who were kicked off the flight, as well as several members of the media.

Mr. Inzelbuch clarified to the reporters that the family is only seeking an apology and a committment to do better from Spirits Airline. He says that the airline has until midnight to call him and do so. The family will only seek financial compensation as a last resort.
