BNEI BRAK — In this unusual clip taken this Shabbat by a Filipino working for a local resident, a motley group of people join together for a porch minyan, including a policeman and soldier responsible for maintaining public health regulations in Bnei Brak, the city with the highest rate of infection in Israel (2,250 people are infected, or 1 in 86 residents of the city).
