Borough Park, NY – Twelve days after a 13 year old Jewish girl was groped in the heart of Borough Park on Chol Hamoed Pesach, the NYPD has released video footage, hoping that someone will be able to identify the suspect.
Police said that the incident took place just before 6 PM on April 24th in front of 4701 12th Avenue. The unidentified victim was walking home alone when she was approached from behind by the suspect, who forcibly touched her before fleeing the scene.
The victim was not otherwise injured in the incident.
The suspect is believed to be a Hispanic man with dark hair, approximately 20 years old, 5’6” and weighing 140 pounds. He was wearing a gray shirt, black jeans and dark colored shoes at the time of the incident.
