WASHINGTON D.C – The Trump administration highlighted a slate of Social Security Administration (SSA) improvements, touting gains in efficiency and fraud prevention.
According to Trump, the agency expanded 24/7 access to its online portal, reducing downtime and enabling more than 500,000 additional logins in the past three weeks. Call center wait times reportedly dropped 73% while handling double the volume of customers, and wait times at field offices fell 30%.

The number of online account holders surged to 75 million, with transactions rising 25%, the campaign said.
Officials also pointed to tougher anti-fraud measures, including updates to 12.4 million records and coordination with the Department of Homeland Security on 275,000 ineligible cases. The Trump administration states the crackdown has already saved billions in improper payments.
