A special gathering of classic car owners held at Ramat Gan National Park, bringing in 270 vintage vehicles.

A large number of beautiful classic cars arrived at Ramat Gan National Park on Friday, for an event dubbed the largest ever of its kind: 270 classic cars were parked on the grass, all decades old.

Thousands attended the even organized by the 5 Club – Israel’s premier classic car collector club.

The 5 Club’s name comes from the license plate numbers of its members’ cars – all of whom are old enough to have just 5-digit numbers (these days, new cars in Israel are given 7-digit numbers). The event was organized to celebrate the club’s 30th birthday.

Clarification: Despite its name, Ramat Gan National Park is not an American-style national park, but a regular park.
