Police are investigating an attack on a kosher restaurant in Edgware, northwest of London on Wednesday in which the front window of Orli Caffe was smashed while diners were eating. Aside from the damage caused by the smashed window, no injuries were reported.
According to a report by The Jewish Chronicle, eyewitnesses originally thought that shots were fired, though a spokeswoman for London’s Metropolitan Police said they do not believe there was gunfire.
Barnet police said there have been four recent incidents of “windows being randomly shattered, possibly by marbles.”
Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
