George W. Bush is expected to deliver the keynote address at Yeshiva University’s 90th Annual Hanukkah Dinner and Convocation on Dec. 14th at the Waldorf-Astoria in Manhattan.
The $750-per-plate dinner marks Bush 43′s first appearance at a Yeshiva event. As many as 800 guests are expected to attend.

“Yeshiva University is honored to have President George W. Bush deliver the keynote address at this year’s Hanukkah Convocation,” Yeshiva University spokesman Matthew Yaniv told The Daily news, when asked if Bush was paid for the speech. “His appearance is made possible through the generosity of University supporters who have underwritten all expenses.”
Yeshiva Universitywill present honorary degrees to Michael Gamson, a member of Yeshiva University’s Board of Trustees; Anita Zucker, Chief Executive Officer of The InterTech Group, Inc.; and Judith Weiss, for having demonstrated committed leadership and dedication to education.
